Unlock Your Potential with Coaching

Whether self-identified or formally diagnosed, you’re welcome here.

Designed for the beautifully complex brains of those who think and feel deeply, neurodivergent coaching helps you explore your identity, build on your strengths, and navigate life in a way that actually works for you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, questioning where you fit, or simply burned out from trying to mask or keep up, this is a space where you don’t have to explain everything. You’ll receive practical support, honest reflection, and compassionate guidance — without pressure to be anything but yourself.

Parent Coaching

Support for You, Strength for Your Family

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel like carrying everything all at once — the emotions, the advocacy, the guilt, the love, and the uncertainty. As a parent of neurodivergent kids myself, I understand how heavy that can be. These coaching sessions are a space just for you — to exhale, reflect, and build tools that actually fit your life.

We’ll focus on what’s coming up for you in parenting — whether it’s managing meltdowns, navigating systems, or just figuring out what’s “normal” for your family. Together, we’ll develop strategies that help you feel more confident, more resourced, and more connected — to yourself and your child.

And the best part? The skills you build here don’t just support you — they ripple outward. When you feel grounded, your child feels it too. That’s the power of doing this work from the inside out.

Regulation is Foundational

Integrative nervous system tools can support your healing.

As part of my practice, I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the Rest and Restore Protocol to clients who are interested in somatic-based support for nervous system regulation. These evidence-based tools are designed to help gently calm the body, reduce sensory overwhelm, and support a greater sense of safety and connection — especially helpful for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence. If this approach feels right for you, I’m happy to integrate it into our work together at no additional cost. As always, your comfort and consent guide every step.
