Embrace Healing Through Counselling
Counselling offers a path to personal growth and understanding.
Counselling at Divergent Minds is a collaborative process — gentle, respectful, and shaped around who you are, not who the world expects you to be. Here, healing doesn’t mean doing more or pushing harder; it means slowing down enough to really listen to yourself. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional safety, and uncover strategies that support your well-being in a way that actually fits your life. Whether you’re navigating transitions, stress, burnout, or a sense of disconnection, you don’t have to do it alone. Your process matters — and it deserves care.
Regulation is Foundational
Integrative nervous system tools can support your healing.
As part of my practice, I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the Rest and Restore Protocol to clients who are interested in somatic-based support for nervous system regulation. These evidence-based tools are designed to help gently calm the body, reduce sensory overwhelm, and support a greater sense of safety and connection — especially helpful for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence. If this approach feels right for you, I’m happy to integrate it into our work together at no additional cost. As always, your comfort and consent guide every step.
