Counselling and coaching both offer meaningful support, especially for neurodivergent individuals, but they focus on different aspects of your experience.
Counselling is a deeper, therapeutic process that creates space to explore emotions, past experiences, identity, and the impact of living in a world not designed for your nervous system. It can be especially helpful for unpacking internalized messages, processing trauma, and understanding how your neurodivergence shapes your inner world and relationships. The goal is healing, integration, and self-compassion.
Coaching is more practical and future-focused. It’s ideal for working on executive functioning, routines, self-regulation, parenting, masking and burnout recovery, or navigating systems that don’t always make space for your brain. Together, we co-create strategies that honour your neurodivergent wiring and help you move toward clarity and sustainability in daily life.
